REFUND POLICY
This Refund Policy applies to all event tickets purchased through the A Room Full of Idiots website (part of Kuckoo Theatre).
Refund eligibility
Refunds may be requested under the following conditions:

Full ticket refunds (excluding booking fees) are available if a refund request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the event.

Booking fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, as they cover third-party processing and administrative costs.

No refunds will be issued once the event has started or after the event has finished.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, you must contact us via the website or by email with:

Your name

Order number or booking reference

The event name and date
Refund requests must be received within the stated timeframe to be considered.
Event cancellations or changes
If an event is:

Cancelled by A Room Full of Idiots or Kuckoo Theatre, you will be offered a full refund of the ticket price(excluding booking fees unless otherwise stated), or an alternative such as a rescheduled date or credit, where applicable.

Rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund in line with the refund timeframe once the new date is confirmed.
Non-attendance
Refunds will not be issued for:

Failure to attend an event

Late arrival

Change of personal circumstances
Ticket transfers
Tickets may be transferable at our discretion. Please contact us in advance if you wish to transfer a ticket to another person.
Refund processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exceptions
Refunds outside of this policy are granted solely at our discretion and will only be considered in exceptional circumstances.
